Also want to add that we paid extra for a strip view and 3/3 rooms did not have that. With our third room move, they gave us a room with only one king bed which was uncomfortable for my family seeing as how there were 5 of us but according to the front desk manager, that was the only solution at the time. Finally we spoke the front desk manager who put us in a room on the pet floor which triggered another attack because of the horrendous pneumonia fumes. I would've understood them not being able to move rooms if I had simply just not liked the room, however if I tell you that my son is having an asthma attack because you put us in the wrong room type, then it would be up to you to fix the issue immediately. We specifically requested a non-smoking room as my son is asthmatic so we were quite surprised to get to our first room that was obviously a smoking room. I was there with family celebrating my son's birthday and unfortunately things did not go anywhere near smoothly. Several issues upon check-in, took us approx 2 hours from the time we waited in line at the front desk, to the time we got to a semi decent room.
